This spacious bayfront home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot just a few steps from the private dock and a short stroll from the private beaches of Little Gasparilla. The home boasts nautical décor with an open floor plan that flows from the kitchen to the living room —which features dramatic views of the bay.

The master bedroom upstairs has a large deck perfect for viewing sunrise over the bay. The second bedroom boasts a similarly stunning view. The third bedroom is downstairs off the living room, and there is an additional full bath on that floor as well.

The living and kitchen areas open to the front porch which spans the full width of the house featuring bay views and cooling breezes on a daily basis. Comfortable porch furniture makes this a great place for lounging. From this porch, you can watch the sunrise over the bay with your morning coffee…you can enjoy playful porpoises and lazy manatees swimming near the dock. Shore birds and pelicans offer a daily show. And of course, the dock is perfect for fishing or netting shrimp.

This home also offers free wi-fi.... for staying in touch with the office if you must.  

Downstairs, a large decked area offers a spot for outdoor dining. Its also perfect for the kids to play, storing beach gear and sand toys or just relaxing in the breezes wafting in from the bay. The semi-private dock is directly below the home so you can have quick and easy access for fishing or touring the many small islands in the Intracoastal Waterway.   The private sandy beaches of Little Gasparilla are just a short stroll to the west.

Rents from $350/night or $2450,/week, 3 night minimum

Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each guest.

  • Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.

  • Early check-in/Late check-out -Check in is 4pm, Check out is 10 am. Early check in or Late check out may be available for an extra charge. Ask the booking manager for details.

Our stay at the Blue Pearl was exactly what I was hoping for with lots of sun, sand and relaxation. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we spent most of our time sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful views. Wonderful week at The Blue Pearl! Our first stay on LGI and it did not disappoint! The house was furnished perfectly with the most comfortable beds. It was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location. The spacious dock was perfect for our family for fishing, watching sunrises, and visiting with the dolphins! The close walk to the beach (right across the way) was a breeze.
