COVID-19 INFO + RESPONSE

With your safety in mind, we have recently made updates to our policies in response to COVID-19 to allow you to enjoy a responsible, relaxed, and stress-free beach vacation.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Social distancing has always been a way of life on Little Gasparilla Island. With no bridges or paved roads, Little Gasparilla homes and beaches are only accessible by boat by private home owners. The beach is often nearly deserted.  Many days you can walk the beach for hours and not see another soul. Even during “busier” holidays or Spring Break time, you can be confident that you can easily put 25 or even 50 feet between your party and others. To further enable social distancing with our staff, we offer contactless self check-in (no need to pick up keys or stop by an office). We also offer a grocery delivery service so you can avoid a trip to the store.

Enhanced sanitation and cleaning procedures

We are leaving additional time between check-ins to allow for more thorough cleaning and sanitizing of your vacation rental home. Our team is paying special attention to sanitize door handles, light switches, faucet handles, and frequently touched areas that might otherwise appear to be clean.
