Little Gasparilla Vacation Rentals was founded over 20 years ago by Laurie and Buddy Gaines as a way to share their love of Little Gasparilla Island with friends and family. They have owned their home on Little Gasparilla island for nearly 35 years. They began renting their beachfront home so that others could enjoy it when they traveled. Then, their island neighbors asked them to handle rentals for their homes also. Since then, the company has expanded to over 40 homes.

Now under new ownership, Little Gasparilla Vacation Rentals offers a wide range of homes in a variety of price ranges and locations on the island, from dramatic beachfront homes to cozy interior homes with lots of privacy. These homes have been enjoyed for years by their owners, so they are not your typical rentals. Many have well stocked pantries, games and puzzles, and shells collected by the owners over the years. We want you to feel like you are vacationing in a friend's home rather than a sterile "rental unit". Most staff live on island, so you always have access to someone to answer questions and help solve problems.
