This lovely inland home is new to the rental market. It is only a two minute walk to the beach and offers 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. It is located on Seahorse Cove, a tiny, heavily landscaped sand pathway leading to Dock 36. It has a separate apartment under the house with a full kitchen, living area with TV, separate bedroom and full bath which makes Pelican’s Roost a perfect beach getaway for a multi-generational family or two families looking for added privacy. The master features a king bed with its own half bath. The master also has sliding doors leading to a sunny balcony on the bay side of the house, for stunning sunrise views. . The second bedroom features a queen bed and also has a sliding door opening to the morning deck.
The living/kitchen/dining area features an open plan with a very spacious feel. There is a small dining table that seats four, plus additional dining outdoors on the front porch. The kitchen is updated with stone countertops and stainless appliances. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation, including a full size washer and dryer on the main floor.
The large front porch is screened and has plenty of seating for everyone. A portion of the front deck is open air, with a grill, outdoor dining table and additional seating. There is a large outdoor shower downstairs.
And, for a true bird’s eye view, check out the home’s namesake: the pelican’s roost on the top floor of the house. This sunny porch sits high enough to offer views of the bay along with views of the beach. From stunning sunrises to dramatic LGI sunsets, Pelican’s Roost allows you to enjoy everything LGI has to offer.
Rents from $350 /night or $2,450/week, 3-night minimum
Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

Pet Policy - pet-friendly with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. The following breeds are NOT permitted: Akita, American Bull Dog, Beaucerons, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Keeshounds, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios or Rottweilers.
Cleaning Fee - minimum $300 cleaning fee
Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo

Easement Dock - dock 36 -first come first serve, no boats greater than 24 feet (boat + motor)
Complimentary concierge- meets you at the dock with a golf cart to assist with transporting your luggage and groceries to the home
